You've always been friendly, polite, and helpful. My bicycle, when I got it back Wednesday was fine: brakes felt even, gear changes were precise, you'd done a very goodjob of cleaning her up. Also, you are local, within riding distance.
By the way, I did already recommend you though she seems to have a relationship with another store so that might not work out.

Really like the friendly knowledgeable personnel who work in the store. Wish the product I bought was easier to put together and did not require 2 visits on the same day.
Even with the store assistance, the bike trainer is not put together exactly as specified by the manual.......just slightly off.....but nonetheless, can be used as is.
