Everyone I spoke to over the phone was really nice and very helpful. My order came when it was expected and I was met with really great service when I came to pick up my bike. It’s obvious that everyone there is really excited to be there and help customers out with their needs and questions. I was really happy with my experience and even happier with my new bike!
