Local shop and they went the extra mile to find the bike I wanted. Generous with their time talking about options. They want to have you as a customer, not just as a “credit card”, like some shops in the GTHA.

I was kept informed of how the parts ordering and wheel building was progressing throughout the entire process. Took a while, but given the COVID situation this was to be expected, and I definitely feel everyone did their best to make things happen and deliver an awesome finished product in spite of the situation. I definitely miss being able to stop by the shop as it was before, but everyone has to make do in these difficult times, and the great folks at Evolution Cycles are still delivering awesome service in these tough pandemic times!
