Ricky was great in keeping me posted on the bike rack we ordered (Yakima four timer) and in when bikes were coming in (we bought 2 Storm 4 bikes).
Thoughtful and patient install of bike rack by Mike and Justin. They took the time to help set up the rack to fit our bikes.

As a result I brought 2 more bikes here to service as well.
Last summer at the outdoor tent, staff were able to help fix my son’s bike at a very reasonable charge (needed new seat post and adjustment of brake pads). We really appreciated that and promised we would come back and give business to the store.
We are happy we did and are enjoying the 2 new bikes and bike rack.

The staff is friendly and helpful, has the product I need, and service is well done, plus it's great to support a local business. I'll note that I just had my bike in for a minor repair and I didn't get called when it was ready.
