You are professional service and install on time
The service was prompt and professional. They solved the problem and performed the maintenance. The issue was with our builder not framing correctly and it tripped a sensor. The lift didn’t need anything but maintenance.
That could be added to the trouble shooting guide.

I found out about the Stannah chair lift by word of mouth from a couple back in my home town.
They had theirs for about 15 years and loved it. They had no issues with it. I called the number on line for the Stannah chair lift and a representative called me back promptly and offered an in home visit within the next 48 hours. Charlie Babcock, Arrow Lift sales representative, Blaine, MN came to our home over an hour away Sartell, MN in October 2022 and presented the Stannah 600 Siena chair lift model he felt would be the right chair lift for our stairway. He did not pressure us into a sale. Think about and contact me. I called Charlie Babcock in January 2023 and asked if we could come to the main office to trial them before purchasing. He thoroughly explained the operation of the Stannah 600 Siena chair lift and allowed me to ride it and feel comfortable before making my decision. His price offer did not change. Two Professional Tech specialists were able to install it into our home one week later. We are so pleased with it and how it fits our home. We love it. I am so happy it is not made in China, but a family owned business in the UK. A very reputable company.
