We are very happy with our Arrow Lift so far. My husband and I are both in our 80's and have problems with walking and using steps. Our laundry room is downstairs and now we can go up and down the stairs without worrying about falling. The installer was very prompt and did a good job. and was very respectful. We are glad we called Arrow.

Speed of installation- your price was higher and you need to come up with a buyback plan. If time of install wasn’t so critical, I woul have went with Lifeway for half the cost
