We have had our chair lift now for 4 years and I have been pleased with it's durability and ease of use. While the equipment is great, the thing we like about Arrow Lift is the support we have received over the last 4 years. We have a service agreement and the annual inspections, but when we have needed service support, they have been right there to help and solve the problems. I always appreciate their appproachability because I know so little about their work and they make it simple for me to understand what they are doing and why.
Arrowlift came out asked questions about who would be using the stairlift, how they would be using it and looked at the sight of where the lift would need to be placed. They ordered the required lift, then came back to install. They also come back out to do a tuneup maintance if you purchase the maintance package, totally worth it.
The installers came on time and worked professionally and cleanly.
