One his last visit for routine maintenance, he eliminated an annoying banging noise which had been happening for quite some time, and which other technicians were unable to fix. Josh is also very friendly and personable.

We are very pleased with our Arrow Chair Lift. It operates very quietly and efficiently. We like that it folds up so there's still plenty of room to get by it if you are walking up or down the stairs. It has a seat belt which makes it safer when the chair is in use.
