Great, functional, reliable elevator since the day it was installed in our home. Maintenance people very professional, friendly, and efficient when regularly checking over our elevator. Answer all my questions so I feel confident in my elevator. Finance people have been very helpful and pleasant to work with in a variety of situations. Annual maintenance plan has been worth having for the past 10+ years. I think this is still a family owned business; it was when I first contacted them. I feel good about recommending their business; their continuing customer service, from purchase to installation to upkeep, rates Arrow Lift a 5 out of 5 stars in my book!

The salesman was great. Explained the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a stair lift. There was no pressure, giving us time to decide on the extras.
When I reached out to the salesman, Brett, I was concerned that I would be dealing with a sleazy, shady salesman. My concerns were put to rest after my first question. Brett was 100% professional, patient, and forthright. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with how the process worked from beginning to end.
Being in the military, I am stationed 14 hours driving time away from my parents. With that being said, I was not at my parents when the technician / installer arrived to install the chair lift. My mother is a very strong willed woman who doesn’t put up with any shenanigans. The afternoon that the chair was installed I called my mom to check on the outcome. Please remember my mother is a very strong willed woman and says exactly what is on her mind, she was thoroughly impressed with the gentleman who installed the chair lift.
If I ever come across anyone whose family needs a chair lift, without hesitation I will highly recommend Arrow Lift!!
