Our elevator has worked very well for the six years we have had it. Every six months someone from Arrow Lift calls us, however, to remind us to have it checked and a technician comes out. They have all been very nice and see to take their work very seriously.

Product---wonderful stair lift,so easy to use, very quiet, looks very nice. Now we have our house on one floor and we will be staying in our house a long time because we don't have to climb stairs anymore. Service --- Mark (sales person) was very understanding, knew what I wanted and made it happen, I didn't have to wait very long, less than a week and it was installed. We love our stair lift! We have had it only 1 week but don't know what we would do without it! The salesman, Mark was very nice and really knew about the product he was selling. The installer, Trevor was the best! He knew what he was doing and did a great job on the installation. He was done in about 3 1/2 hours and we are very happy with it. Your competitor did NOT have good reviews - or a showroom to look at the product. We had talked about getting a stair lift for quite some time and finally have the best one! Now it is not a "chore" to go up & down the basement stairs. We will recommend you to any one looking for a stair lift.

Having your elevator in our home allowed my parents to stay in their own home throughout their senior years and until their passing.
It was a very important accessibility tool for our three-story home (including the basement level) and the choice for second "opposite-side door" in order to access our house from outside without incurring any exterior stairs was incredible.
The elevator will always be a selling point as this is one of very few accessible home in this inner city neighborhood.
