I like the product and I don't have to call them for annual maintenance, they call me to remind me that it is due. They product has only failed me once in ten years and they were out to assist me almost immeadiatly. I've been handlcaped for I think twelve years. I've been very happy with my stair glide or lift. Lets me get out of the house or I would be stuck inside. Freedom!
