The greeting from the "secretary" upon my first call to Arrow Lift was warm and welcoming. She connected me with a terrific sales person who came to my home within 90 minutes of my inquiry. That in itself was great. He was knowledgeable, informative and took time to discuss the two companies you worked with.

The scheduling for installation was very quick - just 4 days after the sales call. The workman was excellent, quiet and very clean in appearance and how he left the home. Very impressive.
