Fast service and great selection of bike components

When I was looking for a new bike several years ago, my son who was in bike industry but not associated with Trek, insisted that I buy a Trek. I later purchased a Trek hybrid (8.5 DS) from West Point Cycles on 10th Avenue in Vancouver. This has been a great bike. However, I finally had an issue with it. West Point Cycles and the Trek factory provided a solution that I consider more than fair. I am now an owner of a 2022 Trek Allant+ 7 which I really look forward to riding for many years to come.

The friendly services. Each person I interacted with took the time time to speak with me and explain everything . I did not feel rushed or talked down to. Most bike shops make people feel stupid or intimidated if they ask questions. I was not upsild anything and I was able to have a real conversation with each person. I will recommend this location over any other bike service to my friends and family

Great customer service by Matt. This is truly one of the best LBS in Vancouver. They kept me informed on the updates of my Trek FX 4 bike order as it was delayed. I also picked up some accessories to complete my bike purchase. Amazing service.

I’ve received plenty of good advice here and all the staff are great, but the prices are slightly higher than the competition. Granted I’m usually ok with paying a bit more for that good service, but for expensive items I’ll most likely look elsewhere. If I had the money it may be a different story, but that’s just not the case

You guys are the greatest. I bring in a 20 year old partially rusted rear wheel with a flat and your mechanic looked for a second, sized it up and treated it like a pleasant challenge. Picked it up the next day. Like new- polished, fully lubricated and overhauled.. You treated me and my old wheel like it was the most important job in the shop. Thanks
