Jan took care of all our needs in buying a new bike. From the minute we went in to look till picking up the new Trek DS3 a week later, all our questions were answered. He made sure we covered everything.

Like: service of Jan when I purchased the bike. I had ordered the bike on line but it was not delivered from West 2nd location to your West 10th as promised thus delaying my delivery. Jan apologized and investigated. When the bike was finally ready, he spent > 1 hr with me.

Also, Foster helped when I had an issue with the derailleur + w a discrepancy with the invoice.

Don't like: while I appreciate the virus, the agonizing lineups and not being open each day. Other shops such as BSP, More Cycles are open every day.

Reasonable price to replace a tube. Staff takes time to explain.

Super friendly staff, very helpful with bike fit and the staff took every single precaution for covid-19 purposes; such as, holding the door for customers and wiping down bikes and keeping the shop to a few customers at a time.
The line ups may seem long right now, but they staff was so prompt at getting everyone helped and the line moved fast!

Overall 10/10 and I will for sure recommend this shop to friends!

Local bike shop that does business like a local business. They provide top notch sales and service. They're super busy....so must be doing something right!

Their key supplier is Trek.......a great brand!

Chelsea was really helpful and responsive by email and phone. Pick up was easy and fast by appointment. Foster (I believe that was his name) was also very helpful at pickup. Bikes were available and ready within a reasonable time.
