I really liked the Trek Verve e-bike, but found another model (Dutch made) that had twist gears which is better for my arthritic thumb.

The quality of the servicing is the best I've ever experienced anywhere in Vancouver.
The mechanics call you to patiently explain any issues with your bike and let you know what is needed and why. Very professional and competent. I always feel my bike is in good hands. Full transparency on costs in the receipt, with comments and descriptions.
The bike runs super smooth after being pampered at your shop!
