I bring in a 20 year old clunker for a tune up and these guys treated me like I was bringing in a $10k racing bike. The staff were totally focussed on me, my needs, and the technical requirements of the tune up. Work was done in the time they predicted, and the final tuned-up bike felt as good as it did the day I got it, I wish that I did.
