In some bike stores, I have encountered a strange snobbery about what constitutes a “real bike” or a “true cyclist,” but not here. I was looking for an e-bike and arrived with a million questions—all of which were answered carefully and respectfully (no eye-rolling!). I thank Tom for helping me that first day and Jess and Scott for helping me yesterday when I picked up my new Verve +2; I love it! I felt like a kid again as I rode it home. I feel confident about my purchase and also that there will be good post-purchase service and support. There was no pressure to purchase and they really listened to why I was asking for and about. A great experience!

As I ride all year around, the winter period can be very hard on components which can affect the smooth functioning of the shifting system. I was having very serious shifting issues on my Trek 5200. I called the Trek store and they were able to get me in the next day to work on my bike. As it is quite an old bike and parts are a problem, they were able to find a second hand shifter and solve one of my shifting problems. They spent a lot of time trying to revive my machine and they were very successful. It runs great now and hopefully will see me through to the summer when my new bike should arrive.
Very happy with Trek Bikes Victoria. The staff are always very helpful and have never steered me wrong. Also pleased that in this day of disposable products, the store promotes repairing or replacing parts rather than just throwing away and buying new.

I Had a great experience with the staff at Trek Vic . First off they were the only trek around that had my bike so I did travel from the mainland to pick it up . This is what started my journey to them . It’s started with a friendly phone call with Alan , he had confirmed that he had my bike I was searching for!! Pumped !! When I showed up the next day as promised he had it charged , clean , pedals on and facing the doorway ready for me as I didn’t have much time . I previously explained to him I was riding home and trying to beat the sun ! ( btw I did it !! Go Bosch!!! Wow ) Right when I walked in without wasting time I was shown how the Kiox display works , what app I required on my phone to pair and I was then taught how to make it all work . Alan showed me how to remove and re install the battery on the bike , how to charge the bike with the battery in or out of the bike ! And how to lock it !! Very Stoked . It doesn’t end there . He showed me everything with controls and suspension of the bike and exactly how to operate everything without a doubt or a waste of any time ! Very professional! I could tell everyone working there was in a good mood , very comfortable and great place to be .

Great Trek bikes and friendly knowledgeable staff.
After purchasing my bike at the Trek Shop (Catherine St location) in April '20 I had very attentive service whenever minor issues arouse. When moving back to the US my bike was expertly packed up in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff's hard work and dedication. Its unfortunate the Covid pandemic has limited their products / supplies--this is something that all retailers are having to work thru.
