I personally have brought five or six perhaps more people in over the past 10 years to test ride bikes and to buy. I know that some of those customers have been over the top in requirements And the team has always complied .

The Victoria Trek store is a fabulous bike shop. They sell high quality bikes and gear while providing excellent advice based on experience. I have always been treated with great respect and a friendly attitude, whether looking for a new bike or just a small part.
Experience is primarily with the bike service department. Nothing but goodness.

Was a great experience shopping there, my roommate Thacker recommended your guys and I am glad he did. I couldn't remember the young man's name who helped me but the receipt said Tom W. The staff treated us with respect and equality. There are many bike shops that are intimidating and condescending to me as an older female cyclist but I never feel that way at Trek.
Yesterday i purchased my new gravel bike and the experience was great.
Bill really helped me with the setup of my new bike and even tweaked my old bike to help make my ride more comfortable.
I took my first bike maintenance class at Trek many years ago. It meant a lot to be able to learn in a non threatening environment.
I also like that the Loft is used for classes and that Trek has enabled us to take spin classes in the parking lot with Saskia. I even got to shoot some hoops for the first time in years ( in their parking lot).
They also deserve kudos for the support of the Tour de Victoria.
I may not need to head to a shop often but when I do I’ll be heading to Trek.
