great bikes and staff...

Great service, great knowledge of bikes and what needs and does not need to be done, great customer relations, bikes are scheduled, taken in and completed in the agreed time. Price seems a bit high but for all the great stuff it is worth it. We bought our bikes at Trek (before it was Trek) and have had them serviced there for many many years. We have recommended Trek to many bikers.

This recent transaction experience was excellent. You offered me this item at the sale price of another comparable item, which was very much appreciated.
Your staff is friendly when I do visit.
Your store is clean and organized and quite spacious. I'm not feeling stress when I do visit, fearing that I'm going to knock things over. Other bike shops are like that.
I chose 9/10 because your current 11-5 hours are a real pain for someone like me from out of town. I'm not from Kingston, so I don't know what your hours are in the other 3 seasons. Surely, they are more reasonable then.
Your wall of accessories is excellent. Lots of selection/variety. Trek/Bontrager really know how to do accessories. That is an asset.

To me, your store presents as a clean and polished upscale store. And I can't afford most of what is in there! (...unfortunately.) I don't know how to advise you on this - when, as a franchise, you are obviously restricted in what you can offer. (Admittedly, I am still someone who struggles to comprehend how dirt bikes and bicycles can often be the exact same price.)

Great quality products and the staff at Trek Kingston are the best! Beth especially went above and beyond to hold a bicycle for me until I could travel in from out of town. When bike stocks were very low, I got a new bike because of Beth.
