Convenient to shop online and pick up at store. Staff helpful and friendly. Did not like the use of US date format. Couldn't understand why I was being told to pick up my purchase in February when that was 3 months ago. If you won't use the CDN date format, dd/mm/yyyy, then use the month mnemonics Jan, Feb, etc. That way there can be no doubt.

I like the friendliness of the staff. The products they stock are quality.

We just purchased 2 Townie 5i e-bikes and it was the expertise and knowledge of the staff that convinced us that this step through e-bike was the very best fit for our lifestyle. We visited the shop 3 times before buying the e-bikes and each time we were greeted with the same enthusiasm and genuine interest to meet our needs. All staff including all the technicians were equally friendly and willing to answer questions. By the time we picked up the bikes we very excited about our decision to buy them.

Was the first time in your store. A salesperson quickly saw to my needs. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I left with a purchase completely satisfied with the service.
