Knowledgable, friendly staff that made the purchase of my bike seem like an adventure. I visited the store three times before I made my final decision. Each time I was treated exactly the same. All my questions were answered in the same friendly manner. When I got my bike, I added only those things I felt necessary. I was not oversold on anything. That showed a lot of character to me. Not only that but when I got home, my neighbour Chuck came walking by and commented on the bike. I told him I got it at the Trek store in Kingston. He said, so you must have dealt with Ash or Beth. I told him mostly Beth and Sue as well. He said they are all great people there and all seem so happy in their work. I heartily agreed with him. Huge kudos to the Trek store in Kingston.

The customer services was fantastic. I was served within 5 mins of walking into the store, and given advice of products that would work best for me. I came into the store looking for a new bicycle seat, for which the lady that was assisting me got me to sit on a pad that could identify my sit bones. She asked what amount i was willing to spend on the seat, for which she went into the back and pulled out two that would suit my needs. After evaluating the two seats provided, I finally settled on one, but I as informed that if I had any issues I’d have 30 days to return it back.
I found the team was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. I would absolutely recommend family and friends to this company.
