The service I received from John was excellent. I brought my bike in to have it boxed up for travel. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as what I needed to do to reassemble it when I got to my destination. Even the security agent at the airport said he was impressed with the packaging!! Please pass on my thanks to him.

I was looking for a stem for my Trek Boone 7. I found a stem online but I wasn't certain it would fit so I contacted the Kingston Trek store online. They were helpful in finding one that would fit and held it for me since I live quite a ways from Kingston. It fit perfectly and was a reasonable price.
I experienced a welcoming atmosphere in the shop, as well as friendly and helpful staff. They were receptive and put me on a great bike. I know I have a reliable resource in the future for my cycling needs.
