i use Treks services because they have always taken great care to return my bike in a safe and fully functional mode. Before taking action on an unknown problem , they consult before proceeding to resolve it. I have so much confidence now that I tell they fix whatever problems they find without consulting me. First ride on 25c tires 2 Oct. Not pleased with them. Extra weight & feel slow & poor rolling. Need to cycle harder for same result ( speed ). Performance bike, need to feel both light & fast.
