I came in with a broken freehub body and Andrew from West Point Cycles was game to look for some spares and he delivered! Saved me a ton of time and money.

Attention to detail is important ... last service required bar tape to be unwrapped and then wrapped again when shift cable was replaced. It was obvious that the right side bar tape did not end on the same start/end spot as the left hand side when the bike was picked up. I will live with it or rewrap it myself if I find that I can't stand it.

Our experience purchasing a bike for our daughter at Westpoint couldn’t have gone better, Fiona was excellent at sizing the bike for my daughter and helping her find the one that suited her the best while also keeping it fun and engaging for an 8 year old. She did a great job explaining the bike to her and also making us aware of the various promotions and options that could be added to take advantage of the 15% off with new bike purchase. We now have a very happy birthday girl who has been off on her bike every day since she got it. It’s the reason we keep coming back to WP for all our bike needs.

Good group. Friendly, knowledgeable and been around a long long time. The shop is well stocked. For items not in stock, they can get quickly from one of their other shops in town.

Staff were friendly and helpful both when I dropped my bike off, and picked it up. I appreciated being able to have my bike repaired/adjusted within 48hour compared to 2-3 weeks I was quoted elsewhere.
