We have a spin bike which had stripped threads which made it unrideable due to noise and slippage of the pedals. We stopped at Trek Bicycle Shop and spoke to Steve. Since we were unable to bring the bike to the store, Steve came out to our home and fixed our problem. So our useless bike became totally like new and we are back to riding every day.

Definitely want to express my sincerest gratitude to Trek store in Boynton Beach. Joel helped me locate the bicycle that I requested in less then a week. All the others stores showed no interests in helping me. Joel followed up with phone call informing me every step of the way. He take great pride in his work and it was a pleasure working with him.

Love my Domane bikes. First was a used 2016 model. Then 4 years ago I got a Project One fitting for my SLR7. Now am awaiting delivery of my 2024 Project One Domane + SLR7. Same bike, just a little shot of electrical Viagra !

The guys at Trek are so awesome! I broke my bike and didn't know what to do and it was on a Sunday to make things worse. They are the only bike shop that I found to be open on a Sunday. I cycle everyday and they got me in right away and fixed my bike!!! Not only did they fix it but when I went for a ride the next day they had adjusted everything and put in some extra work that was absolutely noticeable.II was blown away by the service and cheap price of repair. won't go anywhere else for my biking needs. They were very professional and super nice. Awesome place to go
