I have been coming to this location for 10 years, and the staff is hands-down the friendliest and most helpful staff of any business I have ever encountered. Matt, in particular, is one of the most genuinely caring people I have had the privilege of meeting anywhere. He always goes above and beyond, and it is clear that he wants every customer to have the absolute best experience possible. He, along with the rest of the staff, is truly remarkable.

I was SO impressed with the service I received that I've already told all the folks we bike with regularly. The repairs were done quickly and I was delighted with the quality of work - AND at a reasonable price.
My Ft. Myers store dealer rep was Jeff and he was excellent. He supported the full exchange of an FX-3 that was just too small for me. I was sold a large from the Punta Gorda store and it never did feel good. The seat was set too high just so I could get a proper knee extension, and then I had to really bend my neck to view the road and grip the bars at the same time. Really sort of 'hunched' over and the bike felt unstable. I went from a large to an extra-large and the difference in my riding experience really can't be measured. This new FX-3 fits me more like a glove. All my complaints basically went away. I can't say how important it is for the store to properly fit the customer to the bike is. I now love the bike and the ride, and I feel secure that Trek has my back. Thank you Jeff and thank you Trek!
