The associate was very knowledgeable in helping me select the right replacement street tires for my 2007 Trek Pure Sport. The original Bonaventure 26x1.9's are no longer made. They had one replacement tire in stock for me to confirm this was the tread pattern and tire weight I wanted. I ordered two and received a call the same week confirming arrival. Glad I didn't cave to Amazon's temptations - got the Bonaventures I was hoping for at nearly the same price. Great store, great service!

Steven and Jeremy were both terrific and very helpful. I discussed my goals and needs with them and selected the Trek FX 3 Disc in an XL frame based on their recommendations. They also fitted this bike with handlebars that allows me to bike with much better posture.

Really liked working with Rafael who steered us to new bikes (Verve 3) when our (triple locked) Trek Shift 4's were stolen. Needed the bikes quickly to keep training for an Alps's bike tour and because we were leaving town. He and the team over there were helpful, communicative, friendly, and knowledgable.
I took a bent front bicycle rim in to have it repaired. I fully expected to have to leave it and pick it up in a day or so. But Scott went to work on it right away and had it straightened and ready to go in probably no more than 15 minutes. He said it had a pretty good bend in it but he got it as straight as possible. I took the wheel home and reinstalled it on the bike and took a quick test ride. You would never know anything had ever been wrong with it. If I ever have any more problems with my bike I’ll bring it to Scott and let him check it out.
