This service was awesome! When I bought my bike 6 months ago from Trek Vero I decided to get the new bike service plan. It was in this week for its first of 6 scheduled services. When I first saw the bike coming out of the shop I thought it looked brand new! The cleaning part of the service was worth it alone. But it also ran like it did on Day 1. Can't recommend that service plan more for anyone that purchases a bike from them.

I forgot this name- the older man at the front. He was phenomenal. He put in my cleats for no extra charge. He went above and beyond when he explained how to put my feet with my shoes into the bike pedal and how to remove them. It was so very helpful when I took spin class the next morning. He was knowledgeable, talented and professional. He was very passionate about his job. It was refreshing to!
High quality merchandise and experienced, helpful personnel. My last purchase was just a mirror for my fiancé bicycle, which I installed myself out front. I’ve used many of your other services, though, including a tuneup for my bicycle.
