I have the tire/flat replacement service... came in on back to back days with flats and the service techs had them both turned around in less than 15 minutes. Really appreciate the service levels there and also the friendly service. I was walking out of the store and a gentleman, potential customer, asked what i thought of the service and I told them it was outstanding. I have a comparable Trek store that i work with in another location in the mid-west and the Naples store far exceeds my expectations.

I dealt with the manager of the store and he was so helpful and knowledgeable of the bike that I bought. Also very helpful in picking out the accessories that I got for the bike.

The lead bike tech always takes good care of me when I bring my bikes in. I had purchased the lifetime tire repair so my flat tire was fixed in no time. My other bike had a slipping seat post. He fixed it and my next ride was smooth without having to stop and adjust.
