The sales staff were friendly and informative. Staff encouraged a “test ride” so the buyer can experience the different sizes and styles of bikes. Staff were detailed about providing answers to questions.

The staff was awesome and got me fully outfitted for my first ride. They changed out the saddle and put on all the accessories like a NASCAR Pit crew!!! I love my new bike.

Repair was done very quickly and well.

The bike I purchased came with the wrong tires. Very different from the on line picture the sales person showed me in the store. Not sure I want to keep the bike given the price I paid. When I asked about this when I picked up the bike, I was told that’s just what Trek sent us.
