I really appreciated that you ordered and got overnight the bike lock I wanted. The pick up took a lot longer than I had expected (had to wait outside in a line for 20 minutes) and it didn't come with any instructions on how to program the lock, nor did your staff offer to show me.

I LOVE my new TREK Marlin 5 bike! It is everything I ever wanted! The guys at the Bike Lane were super awesome too! My favorite part about buying from this store is that I will have free tune ups. Huge plus. Will definitely recommend and will tell my boyfriend to buy a new a bike from the Bike Lane too!

I bought 2 bikes. Overall I'm satisfied but on one of them, the gears don't send 6 to have been indexed very well, if at all. If like to get that looked at.

Good inventory, a good emphasis on customer satisfaction, and a Cafe that serves coffee, beer, and some food with outdoor seating. Conveniently located off the w&od and Lake Fairfax trails. Open parking for roof or hitch racks.
