Tim took excellent care of me. He had the bike I was interested in at the downtown shop the same day. He took the time to set the bike up for me and suggested several accessories that I didn’t even think about. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a bike.

Hello. My name is Tom Lee. I recently bought a Giant Talon 1 at Bike Hub on 1st Ave. And today I picked up a Kuat Piston Pro X hitch-mounted rack. Just wanted to give a shout out for Rick and Tim who represent your business well. They were extremely helpful and very patient with me as I gathered information to help make my purchase decisions. They helped set up my new bike and then Tim assembled my rack which Rick installed on my car. Please know that I'm very appreciative and tell them thanks for me.
