I walked in having absolutely no idea what kind of bike I wanted, and Rick was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect bike. There were some adjustments that the bike needed, and he did that no problem so I could be as comfortable as possible while riding. I would recommend to this place to anyone, it was the best.

The bike I brought in for servicing was purchased at a different local bike store, but your store is closer to my home. The turnaround time for the maintenance was quick and the clerk helped by loading the bike into my pickup. I've always enjoyed the service I receive at your store, and will be a repeat customer.

Staff was super helpful when I recently bought a helmet for my wife. She didn’t like the color so I came back the next day and exchanged it for a different color. The process was pain free!

Awesome customer service! My repair was turned around quickly but the gentleman also checked over the bike for other problems before sending me out the door. Another clerk took the time to answer my questions about some of the new bikes on the floor. So helpful. So positive. Thank you!
