My wife's new bike was so well taken care of. When we got in, Thomas had her new bike set up with a bow on it! He took his time to make sure that the bike was exactly right for my wife by getting the heights and distances correct. Thomas had answers to all of our questions and gave us quality opinions. Overall - awesome experience! Even though there is a closer Bike Hub to where I live, I will keep going back to the one in the Valley because the service and products are so good.
