The staff at Bike Hub are knowledgeable, approachable and humorous to talk to. They are helpful with the small stuff like little repairs that I can do and they help with finding my next new bike, which I recently bought from them. Bike Hub is the go-to bike store in Spokane for me and my extended family.

Years ago, my bike's guts blew out just days before a week-long backcountry trip. Bike Hub built it back better — turned the 2x into a 1x with more range and a huge granny that I have used unashamedly to get deeper into the backcountry.

I don't usually write reviews, but I would be remiss in not recognizing the amazing experience I have every time I enter The Bike Hub. I took my son's bike in for repairs and a tune up last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. They offered prompt service, ensuring my son's bike was attended to as quickly as possible. They kept me informed of the progress during the repair, which I really appreciated.
Not only did they provide an excellent free bike tune-up, but they also went above and beyond by completing extra services at no additional charge. This level of customer care and attention to detail truly sets them apart.
