The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, plus they go out of their way to talk bikes with our bike-obsessed kiddos and that means the world! We've had several tune-ups and installs done, and each time we've felt great about the products and service. Absolutely recommend their business to all!
Staff is very helpful, even to the point of solving small issues free of charge. When I returned for service, they offered advice on upgrades when I am ready and in the mean time different adjustments to my current gear and riding style. I appreciate that.

I like that even when you’re maybe shortstaffed and have a lot of customers you’re still always really nice. It makes a big difference and keeps me coming back to the bike hub. Your staff is never too busy to give me tips or answer my questions. Several times if I have just needed a little screw or a spring or something, you’ve just given it to me without charge. At times I could have just gone to Walmart or somewhere else and maybe spent less money but I would never get the good feeling I have at the bike hub!
