You helped me get my bike fixed after I got hit by a car and needed a estimate for the insurance Co. which you did in one day. You also were willing to work on my Himiway ebike which I know some shops won't. I had to order some parts from Himiway for you and that was fine and as soon as I got the parts you fixed the bike fast. I had you rotate my tires which you did and that saved me a lot of trouble trying to do it myself. Friendly service, a pleasure doing business with you. The only thing that I wish you would do, that you don't is open and grease the motor. But still very happy.

The Bike Hub staff are incredibly kind and professional. I brought in two bikes that needed minor repairs and tune up. Some things were confused between the two bikes but they handled it so well, everything was completely quickly, and they even helped load the bikes upon pickup. I am new to the Valley, but I would highly recommend this shop. I plan to go back for a bike fitting this fall.
