I went to several bike stores from Washington and Idaho looking for a mountain bike. The salesperson and Bike Hub was very helpful and informative on the different options. We were able to find a good option at an affordable price compared to all other bike shops. They held the bike for me until I needed it as well. If you are looking for quality and affordability with great customer service,this the place!!
Everyone there is knowledgeable. By this I mean everyone that works there RIDES bikes. They are cyclists and trail runners that know their bikes and brands inside and out. If I have a question about an upgrade or a part, OR I have my own ideas in customizing my bikes and require additional assistance/knowledge; everyone there can help me.
I recently had a full Shimano Ultegra R8000 groupset added to my Scott CR-1 Team by the crew at Bike Hub. They did the job perfectly; my bike is wicked fast, efficient, LIGHT, and responsive. Wouldn't have been possible without them and I would not have trusted my bike with other stores in Spokane region.
Their prices can be high, the work is of top genuine quality. Every penny I have spent with this business is worth it. With their expertise, my fitness routine via cycling is all the more enjoyable and addictive.

Over the years, I've had The Bike Hub tune up and replace parts as needed on all of my bikes. They do great work and quickly as well.
