Mark is so helpful! He found things on my bike that I didn't even know were a problem. I didn't understand how the suspension worked at first, but he was able to demonstrate what was lacking. He demonstrated compression rebound, and dampening etc. Once the problem was fixed, I could really tell a difference. He also helped me with a chronic lingering problem with my dropper seat post. He found a solution so I didn't have to get a new one. I trust him because he puts in the extra effort to make sure I understand the problem and the solution.

Bryce was outstanding! We sold our boat and we're looking for some outdoor adventure for our family. We invested in four E mountain bikes. Best thing we could do to get together and get in the outdoors. I rode my bike to work about 12 times as well.
