I needed a thru-axle adapter for a bike trainer. The first one was just a couple millimeters too long so they set me up with a modification kit for the trainer instead. It works perfect. Super helpful and friendly staff.
After 35 years being away from biking, you were very helpful in explaining and showing the vast changes; took your time; were friendly and showed me various options.
They always have what I need in stock and will kindly suggest the next best option, if they don’t!

I purchased two Ebikes from John for the family. Very friendly staff. They seemed excited to share knowledge with me as a new Ebike rider. Even more John spent a lot of time with my grandson teaching him how to properly maintain, ride and teach others in the family how to ride our new bikes.
I feel John listened to my needs and proposed a great pair of bikes for me and my grandchildren. Being 60+ and a few health issues I feel the shop excelled in helping me.

Friend of mine asked why I didn't go to where I bought mine and his bike when I came in to get my most recent quote for service. I said cause I prefer the service where we just were and think they do better work and have better parts availability. I will continue to buy everything I can when I can from Bike Hub.
