I had originally went in to just get some knowledge and try a couple different kinds of bikes, but Mark was so friendly and accommodating while helping my wife and I, I couldn't see myself buying anywhere else. They have a great selection of bikes in their shop, but be warned, they are not the cheap ones you'll find at the big box stores. They carry quality brands that are built to last. Trust me, Mark is an expert on finding the right kind of bike for your intended use and skill level.
Anytime I need mechanical work done on one of my bikes, The Bike Hub is where I go. Service is prompt and labor cost is very reasonable.
The store is well stocked with most everything bike-related. I purchased my second road bike, a Trek, from The Bike Hub and had some modifications completed before I took possession. Again, costs were very reasonable.
Finally, the personnel at the store are exceptional in the context of courtesy and knowledge. I suspect that is the result of the staff leadership/mentoring and management of the Valley store by John

I love the Bike Hub on Perry (I can’t say the same for the downtown location -sorry). I’m always treated with respect. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I never feel intimidated. There are several bike shops that are located more conveniently to my daily travels but venturing to south Perry is well worth the distance for the service I receive.
