Justin is so good. So thorough. He went way above and beyond to get me squared away with a lower fork service and also diagnosed a headset issue that he happened to find as he did the fork work. He found another issue in my drive train -- alerted me to all this stuff without the upsell.
Jon is a good egg too -- helpful and communicative the way through. They had to contact me before putting the headset back together because Justin wanted to show me the situation.

You guys are the best! We bought two fantastic bikes from you a couple years ago. We love them! My husband's rear derailer broke while he was riding. We took it over to to the Bike Hub and they immediately saw the problem. We had our bike back good as new the next Saturday. They know bikes inside out and do an excellent job. They're professional, personable, and great to do business with. Wouldn't take our bikes anywhere else!

Walked in to get a new bike looked at pretty quickly and they were super helpful! Set me up with all the stuff I needed and went above and beyond in customer service by showing me a few tricks to help with tires, chains, and more! Definitely will be coming back here and very stoked to get on the trails

I had my original gt zaskar worked on and my Ellsworth joker, two older cycles of the retro age and the sales staff are great and they know what you need and the work was top notch, price was fair.the mechanic was great as well. I really appreciate the help that bike hub gave me! I'll be coming back in the future for all my cycle needs.
