Over the past few years we have enjoyed a great relationship with your Downtown 1st Ave store. It’s because of Tim, who has guided us through various rentals (when friends came to town) and a couple of purchases. Tim is our “guy,” friendly and expert and always helpful. We live right near a big bike store on 29th and Grand but will always go downtown because we know that we will be taken care of! Thank you.
