I brought in an older Trek and asked them if It was worth doing a tuneup on. They could have said no and try to sell me a new bike but they didn’t. Instead, they told me the components on my bike were still good, they just needed cleaning up. They did an awesome job on my bike. It’s nice to do business with people that treat their customers with respect
