I had just moved to Spokane from Anchorage and needed to find a new LBS. I came to the Downtown location of the Bike Hub just due to the proximity of my apartment. When I entered with my bike I was greeted by two friendly guys who were patient and understanding of my request. While we discussed what I needed done with my bike they were knowledgeable and forthright. I was kept up to date with about how the work on my bike consistently with accurate timetables and shipping times for components my bike required.
