I was recently in the store for my first tune up. The bike was ready on time and Zach did an awesome job. It looks and rides like new again. I’ve been in the store frequently over the years and entire staff is just great and very knowledgeable. I always seem to deal with Mark and/or John and both are totally cool and really go out of their way to explain things about the different bikes. They won’t steer you wrong or sell you anything you don’t need. I bought my Roam 2 almost 3 years ago and am about ready to buy my first road bike. I don’t plan on going anywhere but the Bike Hub.
Mark and team are AWESOME. Never feel rushed or pressured.
