I was recently in the store for my first tune up. The bike was ready on time and Zach did an awesome job. It looks and rides like new again. I’ve been in the store frequently over the years and entire staff is just great and very knowledgeable. I always seem to deal with Mark and/or John and both are totally cool and really go out of their way to explain things about the different bikes. They won’t steer you wrong or sell you anything you don’t need. I bought my Roam 2 almost 3 years ago and am about ready to buy my first road bike. I don’t plan on going anywhere but the Bike Hub.
Mark and team are AWESOME. Never feel rushed or pressured.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because I had a Friday appointment to have a rim laced up to a Rohloff hub, dropped the rim off on Wednesday and the wheel wasn't ready until Saturday afternoon.

I appreciate the friendly attitude of the staff, and also their obvious knowledge of bicycles and that they were prompt in doing the tuning-up of my two bicycles. They kept me informed as to when I could pick them up, and were so helpful every step of the way.
