I emailed about getting a tuneup. I was asked to bring my bike in on April 1st even though it wouldn’t be worked on until April 5th. I think it’s ridiculous that my bike would be sitting in the shop over a long weekend. I think you’re too busy so I went to another shop and had it done in two days.
I like the shoes it doesn't take a long time to wait for my online order.

I was able to find the exact product I required and I was given the option to have it delivered or pick up from store.
Hi. I like the way Brad contacted me and suggested that the performance tune up is not necessary because some of my components were worn out. Although this was a little more expensive, the new parts will save me money in the longer run. I took the bike out for first time this season, this past weekend, and it was a dream ride.

GUYS AT THE SHOP = VERY HELPFUL
Everything was fine with purchasing, but the person working at the store was standoff-ish and rude. My wife came with me and asked about buying a lock - he seemed wholly disinterested in helping her. He was borderline passive aggressive (didn't say anything, but was clearly annoyed that we were asking about the lock).
Your product is much more expensive than ordering online, but we support stores like you because you're local and should be an asset to a community. I'm not sure if that guy was just having a bad day, but we immediately stopped bothering him with our questions, and then bought the same lock from another store 20 minutes later.
We don't need anything from you, but as a business owner myself, I know that I'd want to know if one of my employees was acting like this.

The information that was given by the one gentlemen was great but the one employee was very rude and obnoxious when I had asked a simple question.
The in store sales staff are very rude, particularly the two older guys. Feels like I am bothering them every time I shop there.
Even though I live around the corner, I think I'll be biking further for parts in the future. This has been my observation for years, though a caveat, the maintenance staff have always been friendly and provide exemplary service.
