When my husband went to pick up the bikes, he was initially told that he couldn't because I hadn't called to authorize him for pick-up, and that an e-mail was sent to tell me this. I never received this e-mail (and yes, I checked all of my junk and spam folders) and we had no idea. He drove in from our home in Oakville, and it would have been awful it this had been a wasted trip. Thankfully, the person he dealt with was sensible and realized that people with the same last name living at the same address were likely spouses, but I'm annoyed that he was put in this position as we were never notified in advance that it could be an issue. Perhaps this policy would be better posted on your website somewhere, maybe on the order confirmation page, to avoid similar situations.

I was happy to deal with Brent at Sweet Pete’s in recently purchasing a Trek electric bike, water bottle cage and lock. He was prompt, responsive and precisely informative in answering my questions. The bike arrived sooner than he no doubt realistically suggested, and I love it. Weather has made riding impossible for the moment, but I look forward to warmer temperatures.

I was searching for the Bontrager Interchange back rack (disc) everywhere. It is no longer made. A friend had a spare interchange trunk bag, so I wanted the corresponding back rack. I was very surprised to find it in stock at your shop. I ordered it and it was in my hands in four days - from Toronto to Halifax. It is now installed. I am ready for the 2021 bike season.
