Excellent service and was able to assist with a bike for our daughter despite the challenges of the pandemic. Collection was friendly, efficient and safe. Highly recommended!
Aside from recommending best-in-class for fair price, the help I received along the way from Manny is my experience with Sweet Pete's bicycle shop. Manny has an intimate, sensitive, friendly professionalism about him that is what every consumer dreams of. His compassionate call-to-action to me to buy the bike for my daughter while it was still for sale, deeply moves me to this day. What a courageous thing to do! Also insisting the smaller overall helmet was better given my daughters age shows he is committed to her safety over my preference. Manny is 'Sweet Pete' to me.
Thank you for being open and especially responsive to my emails. It's definitely a challenging time. Hopefully things improve in the upcoming months as temp rise!
