I was passing through, had an afternoon to burn, and I was really needing to get on the bike and shred some dirt, roots, and rocks. I googled bike shops in Bentonville area and this one popped up. It was near the Back 40 trail network, so my hunch was this place would be a good home base for the afternoon. My hunch proved correct, as Adam and his staff were excellent ambassadors for the Bella Vista network of trails. They set me up with some gear that I had forgot, guided me to the perfect place to park to access the Back 40 Loop, and gave me an accurate read on trail conditions (amazingly good despite 6-8" of rain/stormy weather in the days preceeding my visit). Thanks again Adam and Crew, see you in a couple of months on my way back West!
Phat Tire Bella Vista is always able to look at and assess issues/problems with our bikes on the spot if they aren’t over whelmed with a back-log of repairs. Often times the are able to fix minor problems on the spot.

I have stopped into their shops many times on my trips to Bentonville - they have always been very helpful. Bought a mirror for my bike - they installed it for me right away, no charge. It required some cutting to get it where it needed to be.
Kevin did a great job analyzing, working with manufacturer (warranty issue), and repairing our new bike. He also stayed in touch and let us know how the repair was progressing. We’re very pleased with the outcome.
