Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they provided detailed examples that helped me make the best bike selections for my two boys! They also worked behind the scenes to get my second bike locally versus having to wait for it to come in from the supplier. Sales experience was great, wasn’t over sold, kind staff, knowledgeable, all the things you’d want in a bike sales experience. My dad ended up buying a carbon domane in broken arrow after I told him I had a solid Experience at the grand and May location.
As far as my checkpoint goes, it does all the things I need it to. Super proud of my purchase. Excited to get some miles in this year. I was looking at a domane at the 1Phone number removed price point, but didn’t want to wait until April or May. Was recommended the checkpoint, and was glad it was suggested.

The people working behind the counter were great. I traveled to Ft. Smith for business with my company (ArcBest). Brought my Mtb bike and forgot my shoes. Both of your guys found me a pair of shoes that fit and installed the cleats perfectly. I was off and riding some of Arkansas best trails and very happy with my new shoes!
