You never have to wait to be speak to a representative in persons for long. They are very knowledgeable of all the bikes. Even all the ones that they do not stock on the shop floor. Always happy to look them up and order them in for customer to look at and hopefully subsequently purchase. Which we do. Always very friends. Also persons offer a 6 to 8 week free service with all the bikes but also say any teething problems in this time. To just bring it back and they will sort it out for you. Good service.

Helpful, friendly service. Bike shops can be intimidating but Pearson balances expertise with approachability. That makes them trustworthy... they've not been there for 150 years by mistake. Shops are under threat by the internet, many understandably, but we take bike shops for granted at our peril- if you want or need to web shop, buy from independent stores' sites, like Pearson.
