Very helpful & did the work I needed doing no problem.
Excellent friendly service
The team are very professional and dedicated, being independent rather than a franchise suggests no compromise on the mechanics employed. They always do a first class job.
Very patient and pleasant staff. Always happy to help get me and my bike back o. The road.
Fast and friendly, by people who actually understand bicycles.
Great bikes and also excellent quality of bike accessories, apparel and bike servicing. A fantastic family brand and owned bicycle one stop shop.
Simply the best cycle business in south west London in my opinion.
The staff especially Jim are always really helpful and really take the time to listen to your needs.
The mechanics are so experienced and only charge for work done; they never rip you off and I can always trust the work done; I have been using them since 1988!
Wilf built my bike in spite of there being a few difficulties with the gear I had. Thanks very much
Would not go anywhere else
Friendly, efficient and reasonable. Kept me informed of progress.
Quick fix on my wife’s bike and major fix for my road bike. Great service once again and a big shout out for Wilf. Many thanks
Quality merchandise, friendly professional service - the optimum local bike shop
Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you!
Very expert and kind
Pearson products ooze style, which is backed up by real performance. The bikes look fab and are a dream to ride. I've had a Hammer and Tongs for years which is quick and fun. Just taken delivery of an Irons in the Fire gravel bike which I've spent the whole weekend on - the most fun!
Great bikes, great service
Very friendly, efficient and informative. Exactly what I needed.
Friendly well informed and helpful service.
I have had nothing but courteous and helpful treatment whenever I visit. My bike is old, (and so am !) but that makes no difference. In other words, your staff are not trying to make me pay for a new bike. This time, I was directed to a walk-in shop in Sheen Lane who were able to change my tyre instantly, rather than book my bike in for a later date.
Friendly staff and nice shop to brouse.
Friendly workshop staff
Very clear informed advice
I can't believe how well my new ALLModCons gravel bike rides over all sorts of terrain. Its super smooth and the Shimano 105 brakes and gears have a really nice feel, so much so that it might convert me away from my SRAM force setup on my road bike.
The frame felt quite big before I got on it (XS for 162cm height) but the bar width is spot on and with an ISM saddle its just right. I've found the saddle perfect for shifting fore and aft on steep climbs too, and a 34 chainring just works without the need to change the rear mech.
It also looks really good and has been turning a few heads out and about - some confused looks as theres not many gravel bikes around here in France yet.

Good workmanship, sound advice, able to accommodate emergencies
