Service was first class, staff were very warm and welcoming. Picked up the Elemnt Bolt cycling computer and had it set up in no time. Also had one or two issues with my bottom bracket and rear mech. The commitment to get to the source of the issue was impressive, eventually got there at no extra cost. A real place for cyclists by cyclists. Highly recommend
